Corporate portrait photography

A corporate portrait is judged by one thing: whether two people shot six months apart can stand side by side. If not, the team page reads as a patchwork and every new hire makes it worse. So this is bought not as a shoot but as a setup that lasts.

01

What we deliver

  • One lighting and framing setup for the whole team
  • Three to five processed shots per person
  • Website, LinkedIn and print variants from the same frame
  • Optionally an informal version for social media
  • A written record of the setup, so a new hire can be added in the same style
02

Shooting a team is logistics, not photography

The portrait itself takes five to ten minutes. The rest of the day is about people arriving one at a time, knowing what to wear, and not queuing.

So we send a fifteen-minute schedule and a short note on clothing in advance. Without it, fifteen portraits stretch across a whole day and half the frames come from the hour when everyone wanted to leave.

03

One frame, three uses

A website usually wants landscape, LinkedIn a square, print a portrait. So the frame is composed with room for all three crops, with the face in the same place in each.

They arrive finished, not as one file with a note saying “crop as needed”.

Frequently asked

Can a new hire be added without it showing?
Yes — and it is the main reason the setup is written down. Lighting, background, focal length and framing can all be repeated, so next year’s portrait sits among the rest. Without the record, not even the same photographer can match it.
What about people who do not want to be photographed?
They are not photographed. On a team page we solve it with a card that works without a portrait — typographic, with initials. A forced portrait is visible at a glance and helps nobody.
